Terms of Use

These terms cover the Epiphy website, epiphyapp.com, and its waitlist. They're an agreement between you and Agile Minds Holdings LLC, a New York limited liability company that operates Epiphy ("Epiphy," "we," "us"). The Epiphy app will have its own terms, posted here before the app is available.

By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The waitlist

• The waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
• You can join with an email address or a phone number. You must be 18 or older and in the United States.
• If you give an email, we'll email you about Epiphy's launch and early access. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• If you give a number and tick the box, you agree that Epiphy may text you once at that number when Epiphy is ready, using automated technology. Agreeing isn't required to buy anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help, or email hello@epiphyapp.com. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We plan to launch on November 15, 2026, but dates can move. Joining doesn't guarantee a launch date, a price or an offer.
• Please join only with your own email or number.

2. Using the site

You're welcome to read, link to and share the site. Please don't break the law with it, try to get around its security, overload it, or sign up other people or automated entries to the waitlist.

3. Our content

The site's words, design, film, images, code, the Epiphy name and logo belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may share links and short quotes with credit, but please don't copy the site or use our name or logo as if you were us.

4. No promises beyond these

The site shows what Epiphy is and what it will do. It's provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or the waitlist, and our total liability for anything to do with them is limited to $50. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law doesn't let us limit.

5. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters to people on the waitlist, we'll tell them by email first.

6. Law

New York law applies. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Albany County, New York, or to small claims court if it qualifies. Before going to court, email us at legal@epiphyapp.com and we'll try to sort it out within 30 days.
